Every bespoke piece starts with a conversation. During this first meeting — in our Milan atelier or online — we’ll get to know your style, the occasion, and the meaning behind your idea. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling, we’ll help shape it into something real. Typical duration: 30–60 minutes
We’ll explore different styles, historical references, gemstones, and settings that align with your vision. We’ll guide you through mood boards, previous works, or sketches — creating an aesthetic direction that feels personal and inspiring.
Our designers will present you with 2–3 initial concepts, which may include hand-drawn illustrations or digital renders (CAD). You’ll be invited to review and give feedback. Together, we’ll refine the details — adjusting proportions, stones, finishes — until everything is perfect.
Once the final design is approved, our master goldsmiths begin handcrafting your piece using time-honored Italian techniques. This stage involves stone setting, polishing, engraving, and rigorous quality checks.
Your jewel is presented in elegant packaging, along with its certificate of authenticity and care guide. You can pick it up at our boutique or opt for secure, discreet delivery worldwide. For engagement rings or gifts, we can help coordinate unforgettable presentation moments.
